chevron_rightCan I have a yard, garage or moving sale at my home? In an attempt to keep traffic down in the subdivision, the HOA limits when you can do these sales. The HOA offers two times each year to have sales of any type. Once in the spring and then again in the fall.

chevron_rightDo I need a parking permit for the subdivision? A parking permit is not required for everyday parking in your own driveway. We do however supply parking tags when you plan on parking near the trail entrances to signify that you live in the neighborhood. These can be requested by emailing general@cumberlandridgehoa.com.Overnight parking on the street is strictly prohibited within Cumberland Ridge and enforced by our binding covenants.

chevron_rightHow do I get a new mailbox or replacement mailbox? The HOA does not keep an inventory of mailboxes. chevron_rightHow do I get an access to the lower walking trail gate? You can order access fobs on Amazon or other online providers. We have used HID products and IntellID products with our system. Once you receive your fob, complete this form to request programming of the fob to grant access. Households are limited to three (3) access fobs per household.

chevron_rightHow much are the HOA dues and when are they due? Property Owners pay $500 per year, per lot. The fiscal year runs from April 30 to May 1 of the next year. We send out bills in May and they are due June 30th, or there is an additional $100 added. Payment is made to our CPA firm as noted on the letter or via Zelle. Instructions are on the annual billing.

chevron_rightWhat are the requirements for Trash Pickup? Trash service is provided by Scott Waste with Monday being the standard pick-up day. Trash cans should be kept out of sight and then either placed outside or at the curb on pickup day.

chevron_rightCan I have an above ground pool? Above ground pools are strictly PROHIBITED. The location of any in ground pools must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). You must submit the ARC Form prior to beginning construction.

chevron_rightCan I park my boat outside the garage? No motorcycles, motor homes, campers, watercraft, recreational vehicles, utility trailers, or inoperable or unlicensed vehicles are permitted to be stored outside the garage or on the street.Additionally, no overnight parking of vehicles is allowed on the street at all. Parking on the street during daylight hours is permitted for special events only. No commercial vehicles are permitted to be parked overnight in the subdivision.

chevron_rightDo the covenants allow RVs or Trailers? The covenants do not allow for residents to park RVs or any kind of trailer in their driveway. We do however understand that those with RVs may need to bring them into the subdivision from time to time to get them ready for a camping trip. This should be kept to no longer than 24 hours.

chevron_rightWhat is the rule on parking in the street? Cars may park on the street for gatherings and other social events, however they must be cleared nightly. No Parking overnight in the streets.

chevron_rightWhat type of fence can I install on my property? Accepted fences are the black powder coated aluminum or picket type wrought iron with a minimum of four foot height and a maximum of 6 foot height. All fence requests require approval of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
