New to the Neighborhood
  • Can I have a yard, garage or moving sale at my home?
In an attempt to keep traffic down in the subdivision, the HOA limits when you can do these sales.  The HOA offers two times each year to have sales of any type.  Once in the spring and then again in the fall.
  • Do I need a parking permit for the subdivision?
A parking permit is not required for everyday parking in your own driveway.  We do however supply parking tags when you plan on parking near the trail entrances to signify that you live in the neighborhood.  These can be picked up from Executive Officer Clay Ritter.
  • How do I get a new mailbox or replacement mailbox?
The HOA no longer keeps an inventory of mailboxes.  Please see the following information for website and style of mailbox.  https://imperialmailboxsystems.com/  or  /editor_upload/File/Imperial%20Mailbox%20Systems%20-%20Order%20Form.PDF
  • What are the requirements for Trash Pickup?
Trash cans should be kept out of sight and then either placed outside or at the curb on pickup day.
